How can I order a single jar? + -

At the moment, we are only offering single jar purchases for local customers or at one of our pop-up events. Local customers in the Hampton Roads area can call 757-828-6464 to make a purchase.

Can I Order A Variety Pack? + -

Members have the ability to order any kind of variety pack.

Do you offer catering? + -

Yes. Please contact us to discuss the details. Put Catering in the subject line.

How does shipping work? + -

All orders are shipped overnight. If you order after 2pm, shipment will be the next business day. Orders are only shipped Monday - Thursday. If you order after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will ship the following Monday.

Can I Get A Refund? + -

We do not offer any refunds or returns.

Can I Cancel An Order? + -

Because of our rapid response to process orders, we're unable to cancel an order once it's been placed.

How do I update my order? + -

At this time, adjustments can not be made once an order is placed.

Can I Send My Order as a Gift? + -

Yes. Enter the recipient's name and shipping address at checkout.

I received the wrong item + -

If you received the wrong item please contact us so we can make it right.

My Order Arrived Damaged + -

If an item arrived damaged in transit, please send some pictures of your item(s) and the packaging, along with your order number to service.
